Job Description
The candidate works with marketing automation and email automation platforms to design and execute targeted campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement and maximize conversations. The candidate should create automated workflows to personalizing customer/prospect journeys, deliver relevant and timely messaging across various channels. The candidate should also be able to use CRM for managing database, creating reporting and tracking all the data to measure the success of the marketing activities and the related ROI.
Key Tasks / Duties
- Creating and executing marketing automation campaigns and workflows across platforms, and testing performance
- Managing lead generation and lead nurturing, creating lead scoring rules to drive conversations, and handling customer segmentation and targeting
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure alignment and best practices
- Utilize data insights to define campaign strategies and optimize customer journeys
- Develop and maintain a system to track and segment prospects for targeted marketing campaigns
- Troubleshoot technical issues with campaigns or marketing automation platforms and propose solutions
- Generate reports and analyze data to measure the success and ROI of marketing automation efforts
- Collect and analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities and potential issues
- Utilize marketing data to create insightful reports for various stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updated on marketing effectiveness
- Continuously evaluate and refine data collection and reporting process
- Interpret and present data findings clearly and concisely for non-technical stakeholders
Essential Experience
- +3 years of experience in B2B lead generation positions.
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, and executing Marketing automation campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Knowledge of software sector is a plus.
- Proven experience/skills in Marketo or similar tools
- Proven experience/skills in Salesforce
- Proven experience in data analysis tools
- Solid understanding of marketing metrics, KPIs and campaign performance measurement
- Familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms
